About this Imaginary Journey

For many of us who dream to write or tell stories, they say you should write what you know.  If you know the real me, then you might be inclined to believe that this is all my story. And while, I have drawn from my experiences. this story is a representation of all the late night conversations over drinks, phone calls with girl friends, and living in this life without judgement for the past many years in the many roles we all play in any given moment on any given day. Due to the content of this blog, this delineation between my life, my stories and what is fiction  is important to note, because, this is loosely based on a true story, but the characters and their actions are the amalgamation of all of our stories as women, wives, workers, mothers, friends, sisters, daughters and everyone in between . My family in any form, is my most precious gift and has created the construct that has allowed me to create the foundation for this adventure and the rest is left to the imagination, without any humans meant to be harmed in the process. This story is for all of us that have tried to show the world we have it all together, but the truth is we are just trying to survive.
